Hello again (: This is my second annoucement.
ATT those people with the DENTAL FORM! You know who you are and I hope this is the 3rd and the last time I am going to remind you. (cause I think 3 is cool --")
From the Doctor:
Dear Students,
We urgently require your assistance in updating conscent for dental treatment as we will not be here during the school holidays. Please note that the form still has to be handed in even if you do not wish to seek treatment here.
To facilitate collection, please fold up the conscent form and place them in the glove box above the upper secondary mailbox, or hand them in to the mobile clinic in school. Please do so latest by the 16th ct 2007 ( Tuesday)
